Mindr is built, powered, and operated by KLZ Technologies Ltd. References to “Mindr,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms refer to KLZ Technologies Ltd.

Using Mindr

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for calendars, events, files, and invitations created through your account.

Content and permissions

You retain ownership of your content and grant Mindr permission to host, process, display, and deliver it as needed to provide the service. Do not upload content you lack the right to use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious material, harass others, send spam, or interfere with availability or security.

Service availability

Mindr is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, and reminders can be affected by device, network, email-provider, or third-party conditions. Keep independent records for critical obligations.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
